I sort of grew up in the IT channel business back in 1984. I immersed myself in all things IT channel, working for several wholesale distributors. I've since worked with and for software vendors, hardware vendors, consulting firms, research organizations and solution providers, arriving where I love it best - in consulting & research helping companies make their ecosystem really matter!
I believe research and experience only matter if they're actionable. I come at consulting from a very pragmatic vantage point, having run sales operations and program teams many times. Channel professionals have to be both evangelists, match-makers, and operators with their organizations. I understand that challenge and give you strategies to do it better, driving more results.
I really listen, empathize and meet you and your teams where they are today. With hundreds of engagements and projects under my belt, there's no much about channel engagement and enablement I haven't seen. Having led teams on the vendor side, I understand your daily challenges. So, my guidance will push you to elevate your partner efforts, but as part of the team.
